For consumers, the mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
